support center. You can handle more customer calls with fewer

ACD takes the complexity out of call center technology. System
administration can be easily handled from any password-protected
Norstar station set with a two-line display.
Flash ACD's
simple, intuitive approach and display messages help employees
quickly start using the system -- with little or no training.
•The
Norstar display "walks" users through each feature, essentially
"teaching" the agent or employee how to use the system.
•The display shows helpful information,
such as which group the call is for and the number of calls
waiting in queue.
•Indicator keys also communicate
call information. For example, a flashing indicator next to
the "login" key means calls are waiting in queue. The more calls,
the faster it flashes.
While employees
can log into the system from any Norstar station set -- and
their phones remain fully functional for any purpose.
Voice
Mailbox
With
Flash ACD, you can offer waiting callers the option of leaving
a message in a general voice mailbox. For additional messaging
capabilities, Flash Voice Mail is the ideal choice. Calls can
then be transferred to any of the 48 individual mailboxes.
Since both
systems operate on a single platform, you get the advantages
of both for a minimal investment.
